What can I add or use with my 2 Player Ultimate Arcade Machine?
Some of the devices which can be connected to your Ultimate Arcade Machine are:
– Playstation 4 & 5, Xbox S & X, Switch 1 & 2. We have made it so you can not only add these too your cabinet. But you can also play all consoles from the arcades control panel. This is great for fighting games. Such as Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Mortal Kombat etc.
– A keyboard via USB or supplied Bluetooth Logitec Keyboard and touchpad.
– A mouse via USB
– A powered USB hub
– Bluetooth controllers such as 8BitDo, Xbox, Gamesir etc.
– Apple or similar phones via bluetooth to amplifier to play Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music etc.
– Wireless headphones via bluetooth

What can I add or use with my 2 Player Ultimate Arcade Machine?
You can add a gaming consoles such as PS4, PS5, Xbox via HDMI (either via the internal HUB labelled in cabinet).
What can I store in the cabinet of my 2 Player Stand Up?
There is space in the cabinet for your controllers, consoles, microphones etc.
Will I need to set up my arcade buttons or controllers?
Your Ultimate Arcade Machine will come with the arcade buttons and joysticks up and running.The supplied wireless controllers will also be set up, microphones and guns.
Can I change any settings?
We don’t recommend you change any of the settings we have set up for you. However our Launchbox/Bigbox system is the main hub of the unit and you can change to your own look and feel if needed.
Is it possible to change the look and feel of my system?
Our Ultimate Arcade Machine comes with a front end called Launch Box & Bigbox. We have set it up to have the right look and feel for our cabinets. You can at a click of a button change all of this to your own themes. Please see our YouTube channel on how you can do this.
Can I play movies on my Ultimate Arcade Machine?
Yes, you can! Just place a USB stick with your movie or music and play via PC player. Your movie or music should now play on your arcade. Music can also be played via a speaker connected to the headphone jack or directly paired to Bluetooth speakers.
Can I connect to the internet, and should I do this?
You can connect your Ultimate Arcade Machine to the internet because it has built-in Wi-Fi, however, we don’t recommend that you do any updates to the arcade front end. The reason is that if you accidentally update your LaunchBox/BigBox image on your Arcade and then it doesn’t communicate with the update, then you won’t be able to play your Ultimate Arcade anymore. Please note that if this happens, we can fix this for you; however, this will incur a FEE for the time it takes us to restore your arcademachine back to the original settings.
Is my Ultimate Arcade Machine covered by warranty? If so what is covered?
Yes, all parts of your Ultimate Arcade Machine are covered by a 12-month back to base warranty. Please see our Shipping, Returns and Disclaimer page for further details.
Please note that wear and tear are not covered by warranty and that PC software is also not covered by warranty as it’s complimentary. If you accidentally damage the Retropie/software card a small fee will be incurred for us to re-flash the card.
