Shipping Policy

Ultimate Arcade Machines take the utmost care when packing and shipping all our orders, however, sometimes something can go wrong and we may need to fix this for you. In this instance, we need you to immediately take photos of any damage and contact us on the day of arrival so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Return and Refund Policy – Parts – If you feel you ordered the wrong item, just let us know, return it to us and we’ll happily arrange a refund provided the item has not been used and is not damaged. The cost of shipping for returning an item will be at your expense. If we have sent you the wrong item to what you ordered, let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange of the item at no expense to you.

Return and Refund Policy – Arcade Machines – Arcade Machines can be returned to our store for any warranty repairs. The cost of shipping for returning an arcade machine will be at your expense. Due to some arcade machines being larger in size, you can remove a faulty button, joystick or other removable part and send it back to us under warranty. We will post out a replacement part and, if necessary, talk you through how to install the part. Please ensure you take photos before you remove any faulty part(s) as this will assist when putting the replacement part in.

There is strictly no return or refund for change of mind purchases of arcade machines.

Please note, in no way do Ultimate Arcade Machines sell ROMs, pre-built images or pre-made drives with ROMs. You, the customer, agree that if you purchase any arcade machine which comes with a complimentary arcade build setup, you have the right to use these. You also agree that if you do not have the rights to any game and you will endeavour to delete or drop the game from your system if required.
